Silversmithing Classes

Silversmithing with Linda Minor From Beginners to Advanced, this workshop is tailored to your skill level. Beginners who are taking their first workshop will form, bend, solder and finish to create Earrings. When you take a second workshop you will move on to a Bracelet project, and in a third workshop you can make a bezel set ring. After you take 3 workshops you will be ready to move on to advanced projects. If you are already more advanced Linda will have other projects available to match your skill level. Time: 2 to 5 hours Level: Beginner to Advanced Technique: Silversmithing Workshop fee: $60 Kit Fee: This fee will vary depending on the project and metal prices. Kits start at $20 for the earrings and go up from there. Usually between $25-$60. This fee is payable the day of the workshop. Workshop includes: Use of torch, basic soldering tools, and enough supplies for project. Project kit is not included and must be purchased the day of the class. Please bring your own gloves and safety glasses. I recommend closed toe shoes for this workshop. Classes must be paid for when you schedule the class. Each class requires a specific skill level. Be sure you have prerequisite skills before you schedule a class. No refunds allowed on classes unless I cancel the class. You must give 48 hours notice if you need to change the date of a class, or you forfeit the class fee. Store credit will not be given for missed classes or classes rescheduled at student's request. You cannot change to a different date and no refunds are allowed.
